101 reasons for leaving no. 3 church street

empty space...put a lounge sofa then restrict drivers from congregating there aiyoh
mini counter for guard to check all visitors when they come in...
then?? carpark lifts open up to lobby at the other side of entrance where anyone can bypass easily...ok la now they smarter post 1 guard to stand there (muz be ppl complain keke he siam when i take pic)
hoho this is the ultimatum intelligent lift my arse! for starters u can't HOLD the lift door which means unless the kind person in the lift decides to press the 'open sesame' button u may end up having the door closing in your face...and it doesn't serve you by priority
once it allocates you a lift number u die die wait for that lift! which means despite having waited for 10 mins the next person could easily have a lift arrive earlier than yours!!
no buttons?? meaning u have to step out, press the floor number and wait for another lift lor simple as that =P
and this
before you ladies can take a leak....
and guess wat? we have the cargo lift besides the toilet and it faces the emergency exit stairs...no prizes for guessing if the architect is mcp..never consider za bohs one and i'm not even gonna go into details of the sanitation prob of the cubicles >-<
ok suppose to be a door bell there n since we implemented the cisco security system ppl sorri plain stupid n lazy ppl have been pressing it non-stop in order to get us to open the door despite having put a note there that reads DO NOT PRESS BELL in fact pleading them to use the DOOR PHONE to call the person they want directly instead
lift lobby lights permanently fused
reception lights permanently irreplaceable for unknown reasons
70% of reception lights permanantly fused all year round
