i went to the gothic looking building near bugis (opp raffles hospital) for some financial advice on my current insurance policy yesterday and was indeed 'wowed' by the architecture...been eyeing it for some time liao after it was built n finally a chance to go in whahaa the interior looked like a posh nyc hotel (eh i dunno which hotel la but just had that feeling can)

then got my phone back...still got issues with them coz the technician who called me up and promised he will debug and test the phone for like 1 week before he passes it back to me QUIT!!! apparently he quit last week which was about the same time when he called..i was like wtf?? so when i went ps again they opened the packaging in front of me (eh to let me see that it is indeed brand new sheesh) which means they haven debug the prob of the software clashing with the hardware (cause of the hanging) and i'd prob have a 99.9% chance of the whole cycle repeating itself grrrrrrrrr...the mgr ms en en was on mc (conveniently so) and i told them to have her call me today....samsung's customer service is really screwed up...i'm gonna circulate my complaints to forums, press n watsoeva if she doesn't know what good sorry basic service means.
