cycling at ubin is hard work!
u really need certain people to initiate n organise such trips such efforts such coordination...like the wakeboarding we keep putting off coz not any tom dick n harry wants to be ferried to pulau ubin at 8.30am on a sat morn. oh well i haven been there since secondary 4 (eh for a photography trip i know so yesterday!) which would be more than 10 years counting. n now changi jetty is so atas! ahahha for the tourists i guess but it was hard work to actually peddle/trek abit up slope (could feel the latic acid burning my thighs) n then was blissfully sunburnt! =p
ubin is basically made up of...quarry mines which had been filled up like a reservoir ..the only 'scenery' there is to the isle ...besides the leng lui on the right ha!

see advertisement at its most primitive! sharks i'm so worn out after half a day's workout (。_゜)〃old already can hardly move now! spent $4 on the ferry $4 on the bike n $10 on our lunch (for 5 dishes per table of 8 pax wasn't really filling tho') we settled for their set menu but next time better not let keng boon order hor? guys seriously lack bargaining powers heh
anyway on a side note: waruku is my favourite jap restaurant from now on! their set meals are so economical with lotsa variety yuuumy (^～^)
