PR Letter to MOM
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am in very difficult position. They are my friends and the other one is my boss. I cannot take sides very difficult. Company say want to terminate them because they find their work not good. They not performing up to standard. So my boss ask them to leave. When I know about this I also ask boss why. Because she’s in the company since the beginning for a long time already. Put in alot of hard work for company and all the bosses. I try and help her but don’t know why my boss don’t like. I no choice he’s my boss right? I cannot say no right? It’s not my fault! She cannot accept but if it’s me I will also find it hard to accept why the company treat me like this. Maybe that’s why she find union.
When she hand over to me I also hope everything go smoothly. I am not the one asking her to leave correct or not? I cannot blame her if she hates me. I understand but why she got to go delete the files? Even all those letters I cannot find the hard copy. She destroy them before leaving and I have such a hard time starting everything from scratch you know. I have to create all the template and formulas from nothing and stay in the office past midnight in the first 2 months. But I never complain. I cannot say anything to my boss. If I tell him he even more angry!
Last time we very good friends now because of this we can’t even talk. I wanted to use her computer when she still in the office and I can ask her where she keep all the files. But she so scared you know only the last day then give me the password. The computer is not hers ok it belongs to the company. But I never say anything I keep quiet. I keep helping her she don’t know. I tell the boss to let her stay longer she don’t want! Then after she leave she didn’t give me the security password. You know for the door one? I have to call cisco up ok to reset the password before I can use it. I call her so many times she never pick up. never mind. I solve myself.
Actually my boss and the big boss very angry. They threaten to sue her because last time everyone in company sign the security pledge. Staff cannot anyhow delete their files one because it’s all belongs to company. But I do my best and talk to them. What for make things become worse? She only a poor woman. She works so hard for company since the start. Don’t blow things up and everything still can talk. I try my best to persuade them pay her abit more. They very angry she go make trouble and report to mom. I think need some time but I will try to talk to them. She don’t know I still try to help her. It’s ok.
As for the other colleague she didn’t do anything. She hand over everything properly. I think if she fight this case one person stronger. Because my boss not angry with her. They may pay her more. But then now like this no choice drag her down. I don’t know. I hope she not angry with me. But I tell the truth. You decide she do this kinda things company should pay her or not?

oh...the god is wif me!
the reason for the disclaimer is some of the fictional characters have asked me to remove this entry because it looks real and seems to others that i may not be the one who wrote it. well as far as i know i've not had any guest bloggers who blog on my behalf and if i do, i'd be sure to announce it.
i say alright with the fuss already and get on with life!
