sigh i had a very upsetting day coz i meant to surprise my colleague with a gift inside this empty ya-kun paper cup and i left it on her desk as she was on MC yesterday. when i came back today it was gone and she's still on mc! so i found out apparently the cleaner auntie came in the morning thought it was trash and threw it away! T__T infuriating lor abit heart pain not coz of the $$ but the effort i spent on it to give her a nice present to cheer her up some...

even though we are not sisters in christ and this could be potentially awkward and cause unnecessary misunderstandings i should be upfront about loving my friends! afterall we're both straight and waiting for the right guy to fall into our laps ;] even though the love we are talking about is not one that makes butterflies flutter in your stomach it still binds us as confidantes. in fact it is this love that made me see your flaws and not correct them. it made me overlook the smallest details and not get upset. it made me amiable of favours asked. it made me go the extra length to be accommodating. it made me a genuine person who basks in good fortune and down in sorrows shared. it made me understand that friends are such. i don't worry about you not treating me as a friend in return nor raise your hopes by saying irresponsible words. nope. only people with Y chromosomes do that o__o

yay i get to put up tessa's picture b4 bobby!! sweet lil' tessa came to this world @ 3.3kg! the exact no. of kilos i wld love to shed too ^__^ jojo found out she's got dimples & even offered to babysit her at ulu tampines! see? the effect of tessa i can feel it already *-*

hmm what prompted this entry? ok i was wondering what's the difference between the teeny boppy gal i was 15 yrs ago compared to the OL now? have i matured? dress sense improved dress in adult clothes/skimpy outfits aka ladylike? *not jeans* wear 3 inch heels? style my hair proper before i dared step out of the house? don on thick slabs of makeup which supposedly makes one look younger? have a skin care regime which i stick to every day? N.O. none of the above apparently!

haaa my eyes look abit unfocused ya? i knw brows i can fix by plucking and embroidering...that's why i need frames to cover all that >___<

well the thing is all these i can 'cover' using makeup right? no? put on some fake eyelashes and doe-eyed lenses, powder to conceal all the breakouts, & use really dewy lipgloss? ok ok the matter of the fact is so i haven't evolved much from the old school days look....very much without a care when i go out nowadays even to work *shocking* i wonder is it a laziness thing? or some pple just have it in them to look like the next super model? perhaps my parents should have forced me to take up makeup courses instead of tuition classes eh? this probably makes me the 2nd girl out of every 100 i see on the road with a 素脸 oh oh the first would have been an obaasan ~food for thought~
