having a feast with michelin-starred guest chef!

Jason Atherton @goodwood's gordon grill....1* but it's already quite a gastronomical affair which blew my mind! can't imagine what delectable dishes the 2** & 3*** chefs will cook up in consecutive months to follow!!

fillet mignon braised cheeks the portion was quite huge for lunch lor had a hard time trying to finish everything @_@

mango parfait something light and refreshing to end the meal! tasted abit like the hk dessert 洋枝甘露 tho'...
